कभी वो दिन तो आएगा
जब बैठी रहूँगी
तेरी बाँहों में
चुप चाप, आँखें बंद करके
होंठों पर मुस्कान
चेहरे पर सुकून लेकर
तेरे काँधे पर
सिर अपना रखकर
तेरे हाथों की गर्मी
अपने हाथों में महसूस करके
पास तेरे बैठी रहूँगी
घंटों तक
सोचती हूँ
कभी तो मिल पाऊँगी
जब कभी भी तुम पुकारोगे
मैं भागी चली आऊँगी
कभी तो ख़त्म होगी ये दूरी
शायद हमारी कहानी
अब ना रहेगी अधूरी
तेरे प्यार के बारिश में
भीग जाना है एक बार
देर तक तुझे
गले लगाना है एक बार
तेरे धड़कन को
नज़दीक से सुनना है एक बार
सब कुछ भूल के
बस तेरे लिए

I liked the yearning in the poem, there’s love and positivity in it which often isn’t found. Any guy would come running if he comes to know that someone feels so deeply about him!
