एक ख़याल आया
जो कल ना रहूँ मैं
क्या तब भी तुझमें
ज़िंदा रहूँगी मैं
क्या तब भी तुम
बिल्कुल ऐसे ही बोलोगे
मेरी तस्वीर देख
अपना दिल खोलोगे
या खो जाओगे
मेरी तरह कहीं
चुपके से अचानक से
जहां और कोई नहीं
क्या आएगी तब भी
तुमसे मेरी ख़ुशबू
जैसे आती थी
जब हम होते थे रूबरू
कैसे खो जाते थे तुम
मेरी इन पलकों में
क्या दिखूँगी मैं
अब तुम्हारी सूनी आँखों में
ख़ैर, ये बस एक ख़याल था
सच तो कुछ और ही है
तू है तो मैं हूँ
मुझमें धड़कता ये तू ही है
