Book Review
The cover of the book looks intriguing and you understand the depth of it only when you start reading the chapters. The chapters are wonderfully intertwined as are the lives of the people living in the high-rise Imperial Heights. The characters, Priyanka, Malini, Shailesh, Arnab, Shankar, Manish are all very realistic and even the stories are beautifully carved.
When you move from one story to the other, you get to know more about their lives. The chapters don’t give an end to the stories yet they are complete and that is what makes this book a page-turner. You will find a relevance of the previous chapters in the later stories and the author has done that very skilfully. The loose ends are then brought to the last chapter and there again the author ends the book leaving the rest to the reader’s imagination. A suspense is maintained throughout the book and I completely enjoyed his approach towards each story. I completed reading this unputdownable book in two days and I recommend it to anyone who is looking for a fast-paced book with relatable characters and a plot that will keep you glued till the end.
