Kirti went to a government office to complete her documentation work. Earlier, she had a bad experience where an employee didn’t respond to her queries properly. She went with the same impression but to her pleasant surprise, this time the employee she met greeted her with a smile.

He did all her documentation work smoothly and also asked about her health. While leaving he asked her to drive safe. Kirti was more than happy by his gesture.

We can all try and wear a smile at work and spread goodness.

W – Work Life

Prutha had to rush to a bank for an urgent work. She also had to carry her 14 months old daughter with her. She was worried as it was already lunch time but she was hoping that someone might agree to help her get her work done.

As expected, the employees were out for lunch but there were just two more employees who were preparing to leave. One of them was the receptionist Naynaben and the other was a cashier Vijaybhai. They both understood her urgency and stayed back to finish her bank formalities.

Not just that, Naynaben went out of her way to play with her daughter while she was trying to finish her work as fast as possible. Everything happened smoothly and she thanked both of them to help her get her work done even when it was their lunch time.

While leaving she said ‘thankyou’ to both of them and her daughter  imitated saying ‘thuktu’ which made all of them burst into laughter.
